Boya Belasic
President/Pattern Sales
Boya Belasic became President of Air Power Dynamics in 2003. Beginning her career in the aerospace industry in 1978 as a wax finisher and assembler and eventually promoted to General Manager after earning her way through the years working in various capacities in product management, sales, and customer support. In 1993 Boya took part in the opening of Beech Tool and Pattern starting with only two customers and four employees. By 2001 Beech Tool and Pattern had over fifteen customers and two hundred employees. In 2003 having years of successful leadership and industry experience Boya transitioned from General Manager to President of the company. Boya has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and over 40 years’ experience in the industry. To this day Boya still enjoys assembling and finishing products for her customers.
Stan Beaty
Vice President
Stanley Beaty joined the APD Team in January of 2001. He previously worked at Howmet LaPorte for 23 years. He is currently the Vice President and oversees the daily operations of the plant. He enjoys basketball, football, golf, and fast cars.
Megan Belasic
General Manager
Megan Belasic began her career in the aerospace industry in 1997 in the plastic and core departments. Shortly after Megan went to the finishing, assembly, and gating areas where she gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of production which eventually led to her current title as General Manager.
Megan has 27 years of direct experience in the industry, and still enjoys working on the floor when needed in any department.
Megan loves to work hard and have fun while doing it. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and being near the water.
Dave Linane
Tooling Manager/Sales
Dave started at APD in November of 2009. He manages the Minerva and and Pratt Whitney core prep. He holds an associates in Mechanical engineering and has been in the Airfoil industry for 36 years and has spent time as a CMM programmer. Dave coached youth basketball for 16 years, and now enjoys golfing and spending time with family and grandchildren.
Chico Belasic
Operations Manager
Chico Belasic has been at APD since August 1999. He started out in the shipping department. He has been the operation manager at plant 2 since 2015. He went to Lakeland Community college and also the Auburn Career center to become a firefighter. Knee issues derailed that career choice. He is a die-hard Cleveland
sports fan.
Mark Bertone
Purchasing Manager
Mark Bertone is the Purchasing Manager at Air Power Dynamics and has been here since February 2012. He studied at The Ohio State University in Business Management. Originally from Columbus, Ohio. He is married with two children who are growing up way too quickly. Some of his favorite things are family, Cleveland sports, and his guitar.
Mary Ann Kudyba
Human Resources Manager
Mary Ann Kudyba has been the Human Resources Manager with Air Power Dynamics, LLC since August 2022. She has 30+ years of experience in Human Resources working predominantly in manufacturing. She handles all aspects of Human Resources for the company including but not limited to payroll, benefits, recruiting, employee relations, policies/procedures etc. She is a graduate of Ursuline College in Pepper Pike, OH – with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources. Her favorite type of music is Rock and Roll with her favorite performer being Eric Clapton.
